hi saturday night!! How are you!
Tonight is my third night that I spent you alone :)

Well not really alone, I spent you with my boyfriend,
yeahh in virtual way hahaa :)

3 minggu rasanya cepet banget yaa berjalan.. abis 3 minggu 4 minggu.. abis itu 5 minggu.. abis itu 6 minggu.. abis itu wisuda, here we go!! I definately will meet him in his graduation ceremony :)) Cant wait for that moment..

Emang cepet, tapi kangennya juga cepet muncul!!
hahahaa
duh nyampah banget lah yaa ini di blog..
I just want to write something to express what I feel.
But I dont even know what I feel right now!!
I just miss him so badly!!
And I just hope I could meet him right now even just for 5 minutes!!
with my five minutes I will hug him and tell him that I love him and I miss him and I need him,
and finally five minutes are over and we are separate again. and that would be enough for me right now :)

Ayam tepung asam manis

Awalnya sih iseng2 berhadiah pengen nyoba maksa, dan 

WOW!! berhasil hhahahahaaa..

biar kayak chef beneran, mau sok2an bagi resep dehh hhihihiii..

here you are the recipe:

Ayam :

Daging fillet/dada ayam 1/2 kg

Telor 1 butir

Tepung bumbu sajiku (boleh yg lain terserah)

Saos asam manis:

2 siung bawang putih cincang

1 butir bawang bombay ukuran sedang, dirajang kasar

5 sdm saos tomat botol

2 sdm saos sambal botol (bisa ga dipake kalo ga mau pedes)

3/4 gelas air matang

2 sdm gula pasir

1 sdm maizena

Cara membuat :

ayam:

 

Potong tipis daging ayam
Celupkan ayam yang sudah dipotong ke dalam telor yg sudah dikocok
Taburi tepung ayam yang sudah dibalur telor
Goreng hingga matang

Saos:

Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampe harum
Masukkan saos tomay dan saos sambel, kasih air dan gula pasir
biarkan mendidih, cicipi dan tambahkan yang kurang
masukkan tepung maizena

Dan ayam tepung asam manis pun tersaji :))
